Feather & Fernweh

I haven’t been as proactive with my photography lately.  I’m not sure what it is. Perhaps it’s because I feel I am at a lost with my sense of photographic direction.  If you find my motivation, please refer it back to me.  In the meantime, I will attempt to suck this negativity out of me, toss it out to sea & adjust myself as best as I could.  Thanks for listening (reading, in this case) to my rambling. Have a joyous first day of Summer!

Mt. Rainier National Forest

It would be lovely to be surrounded by this dense forest everyday.

Can’t Let Go

“The ground was a deep black, the pine branches a brilliant green, the people wrapped in yellow looking like special spirits that were allowed to wander over the earth on rainy mornings only. They floated over the earth in silence, carrying farm tools and baskets and some kind of sack.”  -Toru Watanabe

It’s been well over half a year since I started on this wonderful read.  I have intentionally prolong reading the last few pages because I don’t want it to ever end.

Spring Blooms

Hi! It’s been many weeks since I’ve last posted on here. Life has been a tad busy as of late, but I promise things will be rolling again soon! In the meantime, please accept my deepest apologies with this beautiful flower I came across the other day.

On Sunday, the boyfriend and I stumbled upon a local antique market after having brunch. It was near closing time, so we were only able to take quick glances at a few items. After our short brisk walk in the heat, we decided to go home and remain indoors for the rest of our day. It was a very warm weekend here in Orange County. Honestly, it wouldn’t be Southern California without the 84 degree weather in March.
